Thank you so much Allison Air and Heat for making our life so much better with our new Carrier air conditioner/heater. It was a daunting project to replace a 1978 rooftop Westinghouse (nicknamed “The Beast”) with new ducting (wow-can we breathe again)…your company did everything that they said they would, demo, crane and replace and at a fabulous price within exactly the time period that was stated ( it’s 30 degrees at night ) Starting with Bill then our wonderful installers Jeff and Albert we felt that we listened to the right referral and being a fellow Calif contractor we did call a few of HVAC’s and you guys were the most knowledgeable with the best product and of course…the best PRICING! Want anyone who wants to use a HVAC—–do not go in your attic and take pictures “with your phone” so they can quote you “without coming by” –big mistake and in my book a perfect right to hang-up and make a mental note to tell people to beware. Again, thank you guys so much for making our home wonderful!!

As a retired accountant, I don’t give my opinion without careful thought and consideration. From my experience with the owner and crew of Allison Air Conditioning, they deserve the highest ratings possible for being professional, on time, reasonably prices and most of all respectful of both me and my home. As a team; Steve, Bill, Andrew, Jeff and Albert appeared to work in harmony with the highest degree of knowledge and efficiency. Having lived in the same house since 1981, I could not believe the difference the new Carrier unit and ducting system would make to my home. I highly recommend them to anyone with air conditioning and heating needs.
